Position Summary

We’re looking for a customer-facing engineer who loves talking to customers, understanding their needs, and solving problems. This position is for someone who loves to create new solutions and resolve customer problems.

The Customer Success Engineer plays a vital part in our Customer Success organization, consulting with clients to help them utilize our state-of-the-art technical capabilities for their best success, implement their required solutions and support our customer post-launch.

Key Responsibilities

  • Understand customer needs, document them, and lead the implementation using Zappix Studio

  • Works closely with the engineering team on adding new features and functionality that is needed for our customers.

  • Provide the first level of customer service for customers in production.

  • Proactively engage with customers to offer updates and improvements that will provide higher value of Zappix solution to our customers

Required Qualifications

  • 2-5 years of work experience

  • Ability to speak and lead in a consultative manner

  • Strong communication skills

  • Basic computer science knowledge

  • HTML5 and CSS knowledge is a strong plus
