Position Summary

We’re looking for a Channel Partner Manager that will recruit, develop, and scale channel and strategic partners across the ecosystem and will help develop the partners to engage with their customers around Zappix solutions.

You will develop and execute a business plan designed to maximize revenues within partner accounts. This will include strategic planning and positioning of the solutions, facilitating training to partners, and driving sales through partners.

What We Are Looking For

  • 3-5 years of success driving sales with partners

  • Proven success in recruiting new partners and driving revenue with existing partners

  • Have helped operationalize a growing channel/partner program

  • Knowledge & experience selling Cloud-Based SaaS solutions

  • Development and execution of internal and external business plan designed to maximize revenues

  • Ability to identify opportunities, develop relationships, leverage resources, and communicate at technical and executive levels

  • Proven ability to engage in meaningful sales conversations with all levels of management and technical professionals.

  • Experience in contact center domain — an advantage

What You’ll Do

  • Meet and exceed all key performance metrics including but not limited to: pipeline creation, revenue generation, joint marketing goals, and play a leading role in channel partner revenue growth within assigned partners

  • Recruit, onboard, and orient new partners to Zappix programs and resources

  • Develop strong relationships with key channel partner contacts within assigned partners

  • Coordinate training, marketing, and overall enablement programs with new and existing channel partners within assigned partners

  • Be able to articulate Zappix solutions & benefits to channel partner reps and end customers

  • Understand the partner’s business, customers, and market and strategize on how Zappix can empower them to succeed in reselling or providing services using Zappix solutions

  • Drive requirements and help develop sales tools and materials for channel partners
