Zappix is looking for ambitious and energetic Sales Executive to help us expand our clientele. The Sales Executive will be responsible for closing deals coming from the inside sales team as well as identifying new opportunities, while remaining knowledgeable and up-to-date on the offering, market updates, and the competitive landscape.
We are looking for a passionate person, a true hunter with the ability and hunger to close new deals.
This position is located in our Burlington, MA office.
- Conduct research to identify new markets and customer needs
- Arrange business meetings with prospective clients
- Promote the company’s products/services addressing or predicting clients’ objective
- Amend sales proposal and contracts ensuring adherence to law-established rules and guidelines
- Drive sales process to closure and to winning new business
- Build long-term relationships with new and existing customers
Qualifications and Skills
- 3+ years in selling enterprise-grade Contact Center and/or cloud solutions — a must
- A drive for crushing quotas and proven ability to exceed goals and metrics
- Passion for understanding the solutions you sell and how they fit into the ecosystem
- Great communicator — with prospects, customers, partners, and co-workers
- Sell with a high level of professionalism and with the customer’s success in mind
- Proven track record in selling solutions to business and technology teams
- Strong ability to work effectively both independently and as a team player in a fast-moving, cross-cultural, start-up environment
- Authorized to work in the US
