Position Summary

The Channel Sales Manager will be responsible for identifying, recruiting, onboarding, and managing new channel partners, and also closing new customer sales revenue through those channels.

We are seeking a dynamic and results-orientated sales achiever to join our growing team. As a crucial member of our sales development team, you will play a key role in identifying valuable channel partners and subsequently helping them sell the Zappix product suite.

This is a full-time sales quota focused role that requires some in-person weekly office days at our Burlington, MA office but with the flexibility of remote days. Only local applicants will be accepted.

Key Responsibilities

  • The primary focus is on generating new business logo opportunities for the company
  • By developing strong relationships with key channel partner contacts within assigned partners
  • Qualifying potential Zappix customers through building a pipeline of channel partners and related new business leads
  • Lead entire sales cycle with partners for their client leads
  • Assisting partners by presenting / demoing Zappix solutions and closing new business
  • Coordinate training, marketing, and overall enablement programs with new and existing channel partners within assigned partners
  • Track sales cycle progress towards meeting sales goals
  • Collaborate with the sales management to develop strategies for reaching sales targets
  • Stay up-to-date on market trends, competition, and industry developments
  • Attend virtual events to build relationships and generate leads
  • Provide regular reports on sales activities and results to management.

Qualifications & Skills

  • 3+ years of successful SDR/BDR work
  • 2+ years of Channel Sales experience
  • 2+ years of sales quota achievement
  • Proven booking and quota success in recruiting new customers and driving end revenue through direct customer sales and partner sales teams
  • Knowledge & experience selling Cloud-Based SaaS solutions
  • Ability to identify opportunities, target develop relationships, leverage resources, and communicate at technical and executive level
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Experience in contact center domain — an advantage
